ABK Restoration Appoints New General Manager
Penticton, BC: ABK Restoration Services Ltd. is proud to announce the appointment of Senior Project Manager Jeffrey Dolan to the organization’s General Manager position.
Jeffrey is a Simon Fraser University business school graduate who brings to the role 8 years of sterling performance in project management and a pedigree that instills him with the compassion and commitment required to run a disaster response business. As the son of President and founder Jeff McCallum, Jeffrey has been involved with almost every aspect of the family owned and operated business since childhood. That includes observing the levels of customer care that are often necessary to support victims of property loss.
“ABK has been a very large part of my life for many years,” Jeffrey states. He comments on what it is going to take to remain a market leader of property restoration, “I am excited to continue to grow ABK’s deep roots in our local communities by working with our dedicated team to move the bar for customer service, industry education and quality workmanship as the leaders that our communities have come to expect.”
Dolan and McCallum both demonstrate the same level of obligation to the 30 communities they serve with ABK Restorations as they do to the community of Summerland, BC, which proudly raised both of them. This family business puts stock in community values and they make regular pledges to community activities and in support of local vendors. Their sponsorship of junior hockey teams and donations of their suite for entertainment and Penticton Vee’s hockey at the SOEC helps give back to their neighbors while helping to be community builders.
In an industry of increasing regulations and survival by merger and acquisition, this family business’s appointment of Jeffrey Dolan as GM is their continued pledge to the values that built them and their commitment to being industry leaders in disaster response.
